Convenient place to reach with ample parking.
The food is good and the menu offers a vast and quality choice, but looking at the dishes the prices are high in my opinion.
The staff is helpful, nothing less and nothing more, but the place is often crowded so it's understandable, it's difficult to keep up with everyone and they do it very well.
The environment is decidedly small, the furnishings are well cared for.
The only thing I really didn't understand is the open kitchen, or rather how it is organised: perfect chefs and everything very clean, but trays full of fresh fish (and you can tell it's good) which remain full at the end of the evening because there is very little of it in most of the dishes.
I think it is a more suitable place for a light dinner if you have little appetite, with a good cocktail it is a couple of dishes no more.

Japanese à la carte restaurant offering high quality raw materials.
The menu is traditional Japanese with some fusion touches in the rolls.
The desserts are also very good, usually a weak point of sushi.
The high prices are justified by the quality.
The wine list is good.
The service is friendly, pleasant and professional.
Among the flaws:
the beer list is seriously insufficient (not even a Japanese beer) and
the place is a bit chaotic with tables very close to each other.

Almost everything was good, but the ramen had raw pasta and the shrimp tempura was soft, not crunchy. I'm sorry, but for the prices they have, the food should be up to par.

Excellent, quality sushi, clean and elegant environment with open kitchen. I already came two years ago and compared to two years ago the prices have increased and the portions seem to have decreased. Two years ago I would have given 5 stars, but I admit that this time the rolls disappointed me a bit, I remembered them being tastier and more substantial. However, it always remains one of the best sushi in the area, suitable for special occasions.
All the dishes are very good, nice environment, another planet compared to the all you can eat "Japan/China".
The dishes are generous and honest in price, given the quality and service.
The only flaw that I didn't expect in a place like this: the coffee was really pitiful!
And I'm not talking about the mixture, let's be clear, but about the lack of professionalism with which it was prepared, it looked like dirty water! No creaminess, no body... if they had done it with mocha it would have been better. It's absurd that in a place like this there is no one capable of regulating the grinding and pressing of the coffee in such a way as to have a product that is not excellent but at least decent. Even more serious given that it would be enough to request an hour of training from the supplier. It is a shortcoming that is unfortunately often found in restaurants, but if I can let it pass in a village restaurant, it is not acceptable in a place like this.

Locale che abbiamo provato nel giorno di San Valentino. Menù ampio con tante, e particolari, scelte di sushi. Qualità altissima, prezzi in linea con il prodotto offerto e servizio impeccabile. Udon e Temaki favolosi.
Abbiamo speso 117€ per 2 acque, 7 piatti e 1 dolce.
