First time, we were thrilled.
Very good pizza, excellent quality ingredients, light dough.
Courteous staff, always present.
The only negative note is that there are no french fries as an appetizer.

I share my personal experience, I got to know this reality, by pure chance, as I was in Palermo to participate with my company in an innovation award. It is an entirely family project, an extremely comfortable environment. Nothing is left to chance. The care in the workmanship and the refinement of the raw material can be perceived in any form. For the entire duration of the dinner, the staff was very precise, kind and above all attentive. A place that I will definitely visit again if I'm passing through Palermo! I highly recommend it.

The pizza dough was more than excellent the only flaw I asked for cooked ham on the baked pizza the answer was that the oven was too hot it would have burned maaaaaaa then I wonder why the mozzarella in my pizza was solidified?????? If the oven temperature was so high that it burned the ham, that's a shame

It's a shame that there is a maximum of 5 stars, because here I would give at least 15.
There is no better pizzeria in the city, perhaps not even in the entire province of Palermo.
Every single detail is taken care of with truly unparalleled care.
The products are fresh and tasty and the doughs are light like few others.
The staff is super trained and the location is really well looked after.
The cured meats are cut at the moment and with this I have already explained almost everything!
The prices are high but perfection is rightly paid for and it is worth it.
It clearly surpasses the renowned pizzeria opposite.
I have gone there a thousand times and will go there as long as I have breath.

Pleasant environment. Attentive and trained staff. Truly top maitre. Quality raw material for condiments. The only flaw, perhaps due to my tastes, is the pizza dough, perhaps undercooked or perhaps lacking in hydration. I will return as suggested to try the cooking again. I recommend the experience... oh I forgot the schwartzbraun was excellent

If you want to eat excellent pizza with truly quality ingredients and have excellent service then this is the right place and you can't go wrong! The menu is very varied for cold cuts, pizza and second courses. Furthermore, the pizza menu is not the classic one, the pizzas are in fact offered with specific and new ingredients and combinations.
At least once a month it's a stop to eat excellent pizza. Keep it up!
