L'Eco Del Mare In Perdifumo

Located on a hill, away from the heat, the place is pleasantly furnished and in summer, especially this one in 2020, the tables are arranged outside and on the (uncultivated) lawn in front of the building. The menu is fish-based and is freshly prepared, so don't expect fast service. 6 of us order appetizers and first courses. I choose a mix of house starters in which the potato and octopus pie stands out, a modern reinterpretation of the seafood salad and which stands out for the skilful mix of excellent oil and lemon. The very ordinary fried and marinated anchovies and the prawns with pistachios did not convince me at all. I shared my first course of orecchiette, clams and chickpea cream with my brother who ordered tagliatelle with tuna Genoese. Without a doubt the Genoese is more characteristic, with the very sweet Vatolla onions, well balanced with the flavor of fresh tuna. Cellar with around thirty labels, mostly local and from the Central South. We forgo dessert given the late hour and upcoming commitments. Account without surprises.

Beautiful panorama, sea view in a hilly area among olive and fig trees. Excellent pizza with a delicious dough, well leavened and cooked to perfection in a wood oven. Condiments made with quality raw materials. Congratulations to the pizza chef who loves his job and shows it with his products. Very friendly and helpful service. We tried the mixed fish starter, good but reviewable based on the number of tastings. We will return with great pleasure

Stasera siamo stati deliziati a cena da l'Eco del mare, ristorante in Contrada Noce sulla strada per Perdifumo... Un mare di emozioni in un luogo arredato nella natura... Siamo stati accolti da Pino, uno dei titolari, come se fossimo della famiglia e siamo stati guidati in una splendida degustazione... Come antipasto, un delizioso crudo di Gamberi rossi, un Carpaccio di Ricciola e una Tartare di Dentice... In abbinamento Vino Bianco "Ciuri" - Terrazze dell’Etna 2021, un Nerello Mascalese (vitigno a bacca rossa) vinificato in bianco... un'ottima acidità equilibrata da una giusta dose di sapidità... Poi abbiamo assaporato dei Moscardini affogati su una base di polenta... Come secondo piatto, una Frittura di Paranza in cui c'era molto più dell'eco del mare e una Frittura di Totani croccante e asciutta 😋... Quando il Cilento si sposa con la qualità ‼️👌
