I spent an evening with friends at this pizzeria, where I found (and ate) a good pizza. The ingredients are fresh, the dough is light, digestible, and cooked to perfection. From the simplest to the most delicious combinations, the quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite. If I were to rate the food alone, it would be a full 5 stars. The only downside is the excessively long wait. We waited almost forty-five minutes for the pizzas to arrive (and not all at once), even though the place wasn't completely full. The wait staff was kind and attentive, but the kitchen management and time management seemed decidedly out of sync. Would I return? For the quality of the pizza, absolutely, but only with a lot of patience. A real shame, because with more streamlined time management, it would be one of the best in the area.

We had lunch at this restaurant on our way to Monaco, and it was a wonderful discovery. The welcome was warm and friendly from the moment we arrived. The service was quick yet attentive, which is much appreciated when traveling. As for the food, everything was delicious. The ingredients were flavorful, the dishes were full of taste, and you could tell there was a genuine commitment to offering quality cuisine. A simple, authentic, and efficient place that is definitely worth a visit. We wholeheartedly recommend Le Cave Ristoro e Caffè to anyone passing through the area and looking for a good restaurant with excellent value for money. We will gladly return.

Excellent products, service times a little long

A strategic location for those traveling along the highway. You can find absolutely everything here: gasoline, LPG, and natural gas, as well as a Telepass Point, tobacconist, and bar. The restaurant is open for lunch, while in the evening you can choose between a pizzeria and a grill. Impeccable service, always spotless restrooms, and reasonable prices. Special thanks to the staff, always kind, smiling, and super helpful. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The meat and pizza were very good. I had a great time.

Last Friday, passing through Cuneo, after getting gas, we stopped for a quick lunch. Convenient to stop, with the car full of luggage, no parking issues. It was our first time, and we'll definitely be back because we had such a great time. The stew with potatoes was delicious and plentiful. The side dish, which I had requested as a mix of green beans and cabbage, was also good. My mother-in-law really enjoyed the grilled tuna with caramelized onions, as well as the lemon tart. The open kitchen is beautiful and clean. The only downside is the bathroom upstairs; my knee, sore from a recent injury, grumbled a little.

The managers are always very friendly and the staff are very helpful and attentive.

A good place to stop for lunch if you're passing through. The food is family-style, making it perfect for a casual break.
