One of the best porchetta makers in Florence. The lampredotto sandwich is exceptional.

Having an event at the Cartiere Carrara theater in front of me, I ate a lovely Lampredotto. My wife and I were there. We had two Lampredottos, two Corona beers, and a French fry. There was a wait because everyone was going to the theater. Anyway, 10 minutes later, I was already at the cashier. The bathroom was clean, even for disabled guests, and there was a diaper-changing area for the little ones, as pictured. There's a paid seating area in the area. Gino accepts cards at 9 pm.

The best kiosk in Florence for porchetta and sandwiches. CLEANLINESS: Despite being an outdoor kiosk, there wasn't a speck of dirt in either the preparation area or the customer area, where the tables are. The plates were clean, the porchetta was kept under a completely sealed cover, the food was protected, and everything was clean and tidy as far as I could see (basically the entire roll-off area where they work). PRODUCTS: I had a porchetta sandwich and a burger. The porchetta was very fresh. They have a truly tasty bag. They served it to me on a delicious bun with generous amounts of filling. The burger was made with fresh meat (I saw it before they cooked it). You can add anything and everything, but it's all made in-house. The bun they put it in for me was toasted to perfection. I also saw that they make the cutlets with breaded and fried meat. Finally, I also got to see the fries he's serving at another customer's: dry and, above all, nice and pale, a sign that they use clean oil for frying here. The ladies serving are kind and friendly, and you can tell they really know their job. The prices are absolutely in line with other kiosks I've tried, although, let me tell you, the food is significantly superior. Go there!

I went into this place two days ago at night because my restaurant recommendation on the opposite side was closed and le voyage was busy with local people at 10 pm. I did not want to get the lampredotto in the town center so this was my chance. Service was very nice and very patient with my bad Italian. Prices are clearly indicated and I got a lampredotto sandwich and a very big cup of nice white wine for 8,50 Euro. Was nice to hang out in the outdoor seating of his busy place for have and hour. The bread and the meat and the sauce were fresh and super tasty. Cannot compare with other lampredotto places though because it was my first time.
