A random choice that turned out to be excellent: a welcoming atmosphere, excellent and clean rooms with all the amenities, and very welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast; we didn't have lunch or dinner. Definitely choose it.

I don't know how this place has such high reviews, or if we were just unlucky. I speak as someone who travels a lot, so maybe my standards are higher, I don't know. Some friends had given us a Smartbox, and we chose this hotel over others precisely because of the excellent reviews. When we arrived, the welcome wasn't exactly the best; we had included the hot tub in our package, and they didn't give us any instructions on how to use it. The room was a really bare economy room with a double bed made up of two extremely uncomfortable singles. That evening, we had to leave our car on the street because the parking lot was full, even with people who had come just for dinner. I don't think it's fair not to reserve a parking space for each guest and thus avoid the inconvenience. The only positive thing about this place was the breakfast, with authentic, homemade products, and the breakfast attendant who was very nice and helpful. What a shame...
