Le Vigne Bio In La morra

We made a reservation for this restaurant as we weren't sure how busy it would be the day before the Mangialonga. We were greeted warmly and given the choice of eating indoors or outdoors. We chose the outdoor terrace. By the end of the evening, every table was taken! The food menu is limited, but still has a lot of choice. We went for both tajarin dishes for primi and the Fassona steak for the secondi. Everything was excellent and we enjoyed matching these with some of the wines by the glass. Special thanks to our server Ina (apologies if this is misspelled). She was very friendly and helpful in explaining the dishes and the wine menu. She also helped my partner practice his beginner's Italian. I would recommend making reservations, especially if you'd like an outdoor table. Saying that, a couple of walk-ins did get lucky with tables on the terrace. We enjoyed the ambiance of the square with the buzz of other diners round us. Thanks for a great evening!

A great place and excellent food...

My wife and I had dinner on a beautiful August evening, we enjoyed excellent wine, exquisite food, a beautiful location and perfect service.

The service was very attentive, with good wine recommendations. The food was delicious, and the cheesecake in particular was to die for 🤩🤩🤩, not too sweet, with a balanced lemon and lavender flavor 🙏👌

Beautiful restaurant in the center of La Morra. Do you dream of sitting in a small square in the middle of Piedmont and enjoying wonderful food and reveling in the area's fantastic wines - then Le Vigne Bio is a wonderful restaurant and wine bar. We had four different dishes for starters that the group shared with great joy. Then an excellent main course. We enjoyed one of the Barolo area's fantastic wines. The staff were incredibly nice young people. Everything worked well. A wonderful, wonderful place.

Restaurant in the center of La Morra. Very good dishes, although the wait was very long, even for the cured meat. It took more than an hour, but it was still a great experience.

I happened upon Le Vigne Bio on a quiet spring evening in LaMorra and was immediately struck by the informal but well-kept environment, with an adorable outdoor space and tables inside in a welcoming dehor. I tasted simple but tasty dishes, such as pumpkin gnocchi with shiitake mushrooms and Fassona tartare: everything very well made, with fresh and organic ingredients. The staff was really kind and knowledgeable, available to explain the menu and recommend local biodynamic wines. Wine is the protagonist: a large selection of organic and natural labels, and I appreciated the advice of the manager, who passionately describes each bottle. The quality-price ratio is fair for the area and the atmosphere is relaxed but lively, perfect for a dinner with friends or a snack with a good glass. I liked it a lot, genuine dishes, simple but pleasant atmosphere, excellent organic wines and welcoming staff.

Sono stato a cena in questa location per Pasqua , sotto consiglio del padrone del nostro B&B e posso dire che la scelta è stata azzeccata. Locale che abbina moderno allo storico , la particolarità è che si trova su due piani ed al piano superiore sei in questa sala con ampie vetrate di fronte ai vicoli e alla chiesa di San Martino . Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto piemontese ben servito e di una buonissima qualità ( la tartare di fassona) , poi i primi tipici buoni e il secondo ho ordinato un arrosto di Fasso a su letto di purea di patate che è stato tanta roba sia per la morbidezza della carne sia per la qualità del sughero di Barolo. Vino biologico che ho apprezzato . Servizio molto ma molto preciso e accogliente. Direi che se passate di lì una passata c’è la farei. Conto nella norma.
