A charming, elegant trattoria with a small dining room and stunning location. Service is a bit patchy (visited on a weekday evening with friends; the waiter was a foreigner and inexperienced...). The dishes are good and well-presented, but the vegetarian selection is limited. Excellent wine selection with moderately high markups. Still, highly recommended, especially for couples and small groups. Prices are average for elegant trattorias in the Langhe.

Severino is an exceptional host, like his wine, his experience, his expertise, and the organic project he supports. Excellent food. The atmosphere is intimate, refined, and welcoming. Prices are reasonable. The only flaw is the bonet (a dish with a touch of spiced wine) that needs revisiting. The open kitchen is much appreciated. Fast service. Stunning table setting. Pink ceramics awaited me for Valentine's Day. This place was a surprise.

A well-run restaurant with friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent cuisine, including many delicious vegetarian dishes. A fantastic selection of organic wines. Highly recommended.

On our first evening in the area, I enjoyed a few glasses of wine and some snacks with my mother and my bear (Bernard Senner). Paulo, who was born in the area and knows a lot about wine, poured us a generous helping and told us all about it. He and his brothers have already made wine and are planning even bigger things. It was a fantastic evening!

Strategically located in the town center overlooking the square. A fresh, youthful atmosphere with modern yet stylish decor. Wine tasting available. Tasty dishes with typical autumnal flavors.

A small but charming location, we had lunch, sampling appetizers such as Russian salad, veal with tuna sauce, and delicious tartare. The first courses, the famous tajarin with local truffle and meat ragù, were also appreciated. I had ravioli with butter and sage, which I liked in flavor. The only negative was that they practically tasted like they were in broth, not with butter and sage. Perhaps they made a mistake when draining them... The wine, too: we had two different Barolos, both good quality. A spider also found its way into my daughter's glass. I would have expected at least a discount given the price of the bottle, since the glass was changed for us, but the wine was obviously thrown away. It certainly wasn't possible for the spider to be in the bottle, but it was probably in the display case in the dining room, where all the glasses used for customers were kept. These are definitely inconveniences, but a little more thoughtfulness towards customers, perhaps by offering them the glass of wine that was thrown away, would have been appreciated. However, that doesn't mean I wouldn't eat here again; the food was good and the staff was very kind and attentive.

Splendid service and atmosphere, the food was decent. Had a great chat with the owner after the dinner and a couple of shots of Amaro.

A beautiful place to eat, located in front of two churches. The food was very good and the price of each dish was fair, with excellent portions and quick service.
