There were 11 of us for dinner and we were truly delighted with everything. The service was impeccable, attentive, and super organized despite the large table: perfect timing, kindness, glasses changed every time, despite the numerous bottles, and great professionalism. The food was excellent, with attention to detail, the dishes were truly delicious and beautifully presented. The wine selection was also a surprise, with perfect pairings. My compliments to the entire staff, chef, and dining room. It was a truly successful evening from start to finish.

A wonderful experience in charming Toceno! We had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at Le Vie del Borgo, and it was fantastic. Beautiful premises, lovingly restored and decorated with local color. We received an incredibly warm welcome, and the service was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The five-course surprise menu was a delight for both the eyes and the palate – local Piedmontese ingredients and dishes given a modern twist and artfully presented with great attention to detail. It was accompanied by homemade bread and grissini. A very good selection of wines (not just from Piedmont) was also available. There are some very good restaurants in the area, but Le Vie del Borgo was a truly delightful surprise. Reservations are a must (easily done via WhatsApp)! We will definitely be back… 😋

Elisabetta, with her elegance and attentiveness, makes the dining room a place of warmth and harmony. From one course to the next, you'll be transported by a tale of flavors, aromas, and words, right up to the sweet finale... where art and passion blend into an unforgettable experience.
