The food was delicious and the view from the terrace was fantastic.
However, the service could have been improved, as we had to wait a long time. Many neighboring tables that arrived later received their food before us.

A wonderful experience in San Gimignano on this terraced garden, overlooking the nearby hills, where you can enjoy excellent food and drinks. With the same view, you can sit and enjoy an aperitif while waiting for a table, which I'd say is very welcome. A traditional menu shows care and attention to the ingredients served. Needless to say, the wine list is excellent. The service was excellent, even a bit too fast given the setting. The owners were also open to a pleasant conversation (it was clear they were having a good time at our table). The prices are perfectly in line with what you order, so go for it. Highly recommended, I dined there two times in a row. 👍🍷

The view from the terrace is splendid. We waited almost an hour (no reservation) but it didn't feel like we were waiting, as we had a cocktail and snacks to while away the hours in a picturesque setting. The pasta was good, but not extraordinary.

We ordered the t-bone and were a little disappointed with the side dishes. It's a lot of "bare" meat. But otherwise there was nothing to complain about!

If you visit San Gimignano, you've got to book a table here at Le Vecchie Mura for Dinner. Not doing so, you've not come to San Gimignano (so to speak).
We were greeted with warm welcoming staffs that served us well throughout our evening.
Food is delicious, as fresh as you can get like out of your own farm.
Wine, let them decide that for you, they know their local vineyard.

Food is really good here, best Pici all’aglione I’ve had in Tuscany. Service is average for Italian restaurants. When we went at 7:00 it was already pretty busy but we were lucky to get a table straight away. The ambiance is quite nice, and if you want to get the front row seat to the panoramic view would recommend reserving in advance.
