Neither good nor bad. Average pinsa, nothing exceptional, shabby place. Question: if they sell Eurospin beer, where do they get the other products they use? Update following the response of the place: Ah, perfect! Finally a place that focuses on transparency, all served with a sprinkling of sarcasm. Original as a concept, it's just a shame it wasn't mentioned on the menu. Next time, maybe I'll go straight to Eurospin: at least there I can choose what to eat and pay half.

First time, after a long time, I wanted to try their Roman pinse. I have celiac disease and I loved the gluten-free pinsa, with dough made by them and not frozen. It will certainly be a point of reference for every time I want pizza/pinsa. Furthermore, the owner was very kind because she waited for me to arrive to put the pinsas in the oven and have them hot (even though I had arrived close to closing time). Thanks for letting me enjoy a tasty gluten-free Roman pinsa!
