I was able to taste the real Pinsa Romana. Pinseria that satisfies everyone's requests by giving the possibility to choose gluten-free and lactose-free products. Very good, no digestibility problems and excellent value for money. Helpful and kind staff

15/11/2024: Un buon punto per un pranzo buono ma senza pretese a Prato, fuori dal centro storico. Al banco si trovano salumi e formaggi ma anche piatti o cibi già pronti o appena sfornati, quasi una specie di self service ma con servizio al tavolo. Ci si può sedere all'interno o all'esterno e la clientela è variegata, anche per etnia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

10/12/2024: I got to know the Carta Sugar pastry shop through their Instagram page, I contacted them and was welcomed by very kind staff, I trusted them and I booked a cake with a surprise message for my boyfriend's birthday, what can I say... they made it to order perfection, and the cake was uniquely delicious, I will be back to see you soon, thank you for your friendliness and professionalism, see you soon.
