The food is excellent, in a unique location, near the Tolfa mountains and two towns from the sea.
Unique but delicious dishes, the grilled meat cooked perfectly, even more so when they ask you how you want it cooked.
The wait staff is extremely kind and polite.
A pleasure to have discovered it.
Seven years later, I can confirm what I wrote then, even better: the girl who served us was professional and incredibly kind. We took her advice and did very well.

A decidedly positive experience. You're welcomed under a beautiful pergola where Asia, a young red-haired waitress, serves you with professionalism, kindness, and speed. The food was all very good, from the pecorino and honey appetizer to the dessert, including a special meat dish. Thank you!

We go to this restaurant often, and every time is a confirmation. The ingredients are always fresh and of excellent quality. The homemade bread is delicious, as are the antipasti and fresh pasta. The meat is truly exceptional, cooked to perfection and very flavorful.
