The food is excellent, in a unique location, near the Tolfa mountains and two towns from the sea.
Unique but delicious dishes, the grilled meat cooked perfectly, even more so when they ask you how you want it cooked.
The wait staff is extremely kind and polite.
A pleasure to have discovered it.
Seven years later, I can confirm what I wrote then, even better: the girl who served us was professional and incredibly kind. We took her advice and did very well.

We go to this restaurant often, and every time is a confirmation. The ingredients are always fresh and of excellent quality. The homemade bread is delicious, as are the antipasti and fresh pasta. The meat is truly exceptional, cooked to perfection and very flavorful.
A special thanks to our waitress, Asia: always professional, attentive to detail, and incredibly friendly.

Trovato per caso , siamo stati bene ottimo cibo personale un po’ scontroso e svogliato…tempi del servizio nella norma prezzi un po’ alti ma alla fine abbiamo mangiato bene, tagliolino al guanciale e tartufo sublime.
