Excellent pizzas and farinata, excellent raw materials, delicious beer, exquisite desserts, very professional staff. Every time I have to eat a pizza, or have dinner, I am aware of the fact that I have to travel 40 km, but for
"THE THREE SISTERS"

I can guarantee that I will return there again in the future. Impeccable dinner, nice and attentive service! An excellent place for those looking for a quality dinner in a welcoming and relaxing environment. Definitely one of the best pizzerias/restaurants I've ever tried!!!

The truly delicious Neapolitan pizza, a beautiful place in the historic center, an environment with attention to the smallest details, the staff truly kind and attentive. If you want to dine in a quiet place but above all you want to eat well, I highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are fair considering the quality offered. We will definitely return every time we are in Gallipoli

The wait for our food was a bit lengthy because it’s quite a busy establishment, but the food was extraordinary so it was well worth it. Highly recommend the pizza here!

Best pizza of my life. The owner (one of the “tre sorelle”) was there and was very friendly with us. The antipasti was perfect as well as the pizza. A must go in Gallipoli

The food was very good although the wait was endless. We arrived at 9 p.m., the gnocchi dishes were served 45 minutes later but the 3 pizzas were served at 10:30 p.m. The table next to ours arrived at the same time as us and was contrary to leave the restaurant because it was not served after 1h15 of waiting. Fortunately, the waitress was smiling. The pizzas and the gnocchi dish were very good but the wait ruined our experience.

Very traditional place, honest prices, very very good pizza (a little too thick for my personal tastes, but it was greatly appreciated by all the diners). Really friendly staff, very very fast service. I recommend the starters, the pizzas are all very tasty.

When you approach this restaurant, you will certainly have the impression of being in a gourmet restaurant, as the setting is beautiful and the meal will be excellent but perhaps expensive. You are right about the fact that the restaurant is worthy of a gourmet restaurant, but the prices are more than affordable (10 euros for the pizza I had 🍕 with a lot of ingredients) so don't hesitate to go for it!
The pizzas are the best I have had the opportunity to eat, with quality ingredients, exceptional combinations of ingredients, desserts of extreme finesse and unparalleled quality.
We will come back impatiently, that's for sure!
Go for it and don’t hesitate!
