Edward, this owner, was fabulous and so helpful with our group of 9 people that just walked in. The dishes were well prepared. I felt at home.

A delightful restaurant in the center of Rieti. We ordered two first courses and two side dishes, all delicious. They have many vegetarian and vegan options; in fact, one of the main courses we chose was the vegetarian gricia: a plate of very thinly sliced cabbage with plenty of pecorino cheese—truly fantastic! They also have a wide selection of local wines and craft beers (we tried the Treggia, which was excellent).
The restaurant is very elegant and unique, and the jazz background music makes the atmosphere even more pleasant!

A pleasant discovery by chance.
The fact that they use local products is commendable.
The atmosphere is pleasant, and the window into the kitchen is a good way to experience the preparation of the dishes live. The constant reference to political themes and orientations by the management is a bit jarring (I go to restaurants to enjoy the food and unwind from everyday life, despite being aware of the terrible times we're living through). But that's just my opinion. The staff is very courteous and attentive, and even the mix-up we had with one of our ordered dishes was promptly resolved with competence and courtesy—not everyone does. Thank you again.

Great atmosphere and niche dishes.
We had lunch this morning and were pleasantly surprised.
I was thrilled with the vegetarian gricia. A great idea.
The rest was also excellent.
The lady who looked after us from start to finish was very friendly.

Abbiamo cenato con amici, il locale è bello e accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, c'erano anche proposte vegetariane molto buone! Ottimi anche i secondi di carne. Ci ritorneremo certamente!

Ci è piaciuto molto questo locale spazioso e moderno vicino al Ponte Romano. La signora ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci ha raccontato amorevolmente tutti i piatti cucinati a vista con ingredienti locali e di stagione. Abbiamo assaggiato antipasti e secondi sia di carne che vegetariani: tutto eccellente. Ci ha consigliato il vino facendoci assaggiare diverse qualità, è sempre stata attenta e cordiale, facendoci sentire a nostro agio. Un ristorante che consigliamo vivamente!
