Via Passo Buole, in the southern Mirafiori area, near Piazza Caio Mario, a tiny place with just a few seats, allowing for maximum attention to the little details, those little details that... make all the difference...
A warm and pleasant welcome from the owner, Ale, who immediately proved to be very helpful and friendly.
Excellent quality food and (finally) generous portions.

So far, we've always eaten on Saturday evenings, so we've had fish. The cuisine is high-quality, generous, and sincere. The swordfish is incredibly fresh and flavorful, the cod meatballs and pastiera are memorable. Excellent wines. What more can I say? Thank you.

Porcini mushroom evening, à la carte.
Prosciutto tartare covered in porcini mushrooms, tagliolini with mushrooms (and with roast sauce, delicious even on their own, thanks to the pasta used).
Sautéed mushrooms, raw mushroom salad, fried mushrooms, and escalope with mushrooms.
One from the Vinchio e Vaglio cellar, coffee and myrtle liqueur.
As usual, everything was excellent.
