Can't understand the reviews! We had a perfect T-bone steak. Served on a hot cast-iron platter. 1.2 kg, aged meat. Friendly service, rustic ambiance.

For lunch. Orecchiette with turnip tops and bombette with side dishes. Very good. We're Tuscan and we were satisfied. Thank you. Friendly waitress, she even cuts the meat, TOP.

We sat down by chance in this restaurant attracted by the really very inviting butcher's counter, we opted for a very tasty and abundant house appetizer followed by a fantastic donkey stew and a mixed bombetta side dish of roast potatoes and chicory, good house wine Primitivo at honest prices.

Good food and good service, the only 2 flaws are that one waiter should wash his hands or wear gloves before touching the meat and the other should not put the slice of bread that fell on the floor "again" in the bin pretending to walk away so as not to be noticed.

Pasé un martes por la noche para cenar con un perro pequeño y sin reserva. Estábamos felices de ser recibidos y sentados inmediatamente en este pequeño restaurante. En general, estábamos muy contentos con la cena aquí - la comida era a un precio razonable y servida por el personal amable de habla inglesa. Era muy bueno y fresco. La verdura grigliata (verduras a la parrilla - berenjena, calabacín, pimientos rojos) también era muy sabrosa y no estaba demasiado cocida. Laganari alla “cistranese” (Bucatini – como pasta con carne en salsa de tomate) estaba muy buena, sobre todo porque la pasta estaba perfectamente cocida al dente. Arrosto misto (parrillada mixta de carne incluyendo salchicha, tocino, carne de res, cerdo, cordero, pollo e hígados de pollo) estaba sabroso pero demasiado cocido y seco.
