Beautiful location suitable for any type of ceremony, discreet service, helpful and friendly waiters, food a little unusual, not suitable for all palates

The atmosphere is refined. The tables are spaced far enough apart to allow diners to converse without having to raise their voices. The staff is attentive, courteous, and punctual. The menu isn't terribly extensive, which I appreciate, but may be limiting for some. What I ate was delicious and well-rounded. A special mention goes to the excellent millefeuille with Chantilly cream, which made us end the meal with a smile.

We had lunch. The table, set on the veranda, was a bit chilly despite the two pellet stoves and a portable "mushroom" (awning). It was exposed to direct sun near the PVC awning, which didn't provide any shade due to the lack of curtains. In any case, the service was good and the food was of adequate quality. The wine list doesn't specify the vintages; we did get two bottles from 2017, a not particularly successful year for some wines... but this certainly can't be blamed on the establishment. Perhaps it would be appropriate to specify the vintages of the wines offered on the list.

We chose Le Tre Fonti for our wedding. It's a wonderful venue, I fell in love from the first moment I saw it, even though it was the middle of winter. Silvia and Luca are two fantastic people, excellent professionals who put all their care and love into their work, with excellent results! Their cuisine, based on local products and original pairings, was exactly what we were looking for, as we didn't want a menu that was too traditional or too sophisticated. They also took great care and attention to each guest's special menus, and everyone was very satisfied. The cake Silvia prepared was beautiful, elegant, exactly how I dreamed it would be, and delicious, just the right amount of sweetness, appreciated even by those who don't usually like cream cakes. And lastly, the location enchanted everyone with its romantic atmosphere and centuries-old olive trees. In conclusion, we couldn't be more satisfied!

In August 2022, my husband and I attended a wedding reception and were captivated by this place. For this very reason, last week we decided to celebrate our baby's baptism here. Le Tre Fonti was the perfect setting for a wonderful day! All our guests complimented the enchanting location (there's so much greenery, and the little ones ran and played for hours), the excellent food (most of them asked for seconds of every course), the impeccable and attentive service, and the delicious cake they made themselves. With this review, I want to sincerely thank Silvia, Luca, and the entire staff for making this such a special day for us so beautiful!
