Excellent initiative to develop the skills of young professionals. Excellent food and more than fair prices. I first came a few months ago, intrigued by the sign "Training Restaurant." I had a wonderful lunch among eager-to-learn young people, supported by attentive tutors who were always ready to correct any small imperfections and offer advice. Yesterday, taking advantage of a trip to Bologna, I returned for lunch and relived the same very positive experience. Congratulations, and see you next time!

The place was very comfortable, and I really liked the atmosphere. The waiters were very kind and good, especially our waitress, Aurora Autiero, who served us almost the entire time. She's very kind and you can tell she knows her job. The food was good, a very nice experience, and I'll definitely do it again.

We went to eat at this hotel management school today, and I wanted to compliment all the students and the teaching staff for the excellent service, kindness, and excellent cuisine. The lasagna with taleggio cheese, pumpkin, and mushrooms was truly delicious, and the zuppa inglese was amazing, not to mention the incredibly light pizza rossa. Seeing students who put so much effort into learning the world of catering, which is so difficult and full of sacrifices, is admirable. You are truly BRAVO!!!!!!

Excellent restaurant in the center of Bologna, pizza also available for lunch, fast and punctual service, reasonable prices. I've had lunch there several times and can say that all the dishes are tasty and easy to digest.

In short, adequate music, cleanliness of the environment and tables, good service considering they are still to be trained, varied menu of good quality, reasonable price. We will return.

I've been frequenting this restaurant for a long time, but recently I've noticed a significant professional growth among the staff in the dining room, kitchen, and pizzeria. Very good!

This educational restaurant is always attentive to both its customers and its trainees (waiting and cooking). Open mainly for lunch, it offers simple and complex dishes that are always top-notch. On select days, the pizza is delicious.
