We don't return to this beautiful place as often as we'd like, but every time we're here, we dream! The food is amazing! The wait staff is extremely punctual and courteous! Kudos to Cristina, always friendly and smiling, and to Andrea, who manages the outdoor area impeccably! Highly recommended!

A lovely restaurant with fantastic pastries and desserts. The display case was full of desserts that not only looked great. We tried everything, as much as we could. The only thing that was truly inexplicable and unpleasant was the service. We sat down and waited for the waitress. A little later, other guests arrived next to and behind us, and of course they served them before us. It irritated me because the table next to us had been visited twice by the waitress. When table 3, who arrived much later than us, was also served, we spoke to her briefly, but she left without taking our order. Hand signals and eye contact were unsuccessful, but at some point she came over and took our order in a completely unfriendly manner. I don't understand her problem. Others would have left long ago. The other waitress who brought the food was very helpful. I then ordered the remaining desserts from her. She deserves a 5* and a compliment. Although I speak Italian, she was friendly and even offered to communicate with me in English. I'm happy to wait, I'm on vacation, I often see the stress and have no problem with waiting or having to "roll out the red carpet," but to be ignored for so long and then be unfriendly, then you're in the wrong profession.

Really top style restaurant with excellent service. Nice location, looks like reservation required, but we were lucky to get a table. Waiters are really good, and helpful. Nice choice of wine. Food left mixed feeling. Pasta with mushrooms was perfect, really enjoyed it. The fish, however, surprised. It was good prepared, but not fully cleaned, having a lot of scales left. Which was not that enjoyable to eat. Other than that, good place for lunch or dinner.

We happened to be passing by and were impressed by the location and especially by the delicious dishes (very fresh fish), reasonable prices.

My experience at Ristorante Terrazze del Santa Lucia was simply unforgettable. The food? Truly exceptional! We started with delicious appetizers, followed by a first and second course that exceeded all expectations, all accompanied by a good wine that enhanced the flavors of each dish. The location is another strong point: a terrace with a sea view that conveys an atmosphere of pure relaxation. In addition, the service was impeccable. The staff was quick, professional and always smiling, ready to satisfy our every request with courtesy. An excellent combination of food, environment and service that I highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves in Bari. A restaurant not to be missed!

What can I say...they never disappoint☺️ Everything was perfect, from the service to the taste of the dishes, factors that made me proud of the choice I made to celebrate my little girl's first communion and that made me receive compliments from my guests... Caldarulo family...the best Thank you.

Bel posto; anche per fare colazione. La domenica mattina troppa confusione e tanta gente in fila. Un po’ di pressione da parte dei camerieri , ma nelle giornate caotiche è fisiologico:
