I opted for the #vegeterianfood 1️⃣Polak pancer with cherries (Italian Palak with liquid cheese spheres, cherries and its powder) 2️⃣Mixed cereal risotto, courgettes, baby vegetables, pesto spheres (Mixed grains risotto- paella style, courgettes, baby vegetables and pesto spheres)3️⃣60 month old Parmigiano Reggiano ravioli, Fratelli Brazzale butter, seasonal truffle. (60 monthy aged Parmisan cheese stuffed ravioli, Fratelli Brazzale butter seasonal truffle) 4️⃣Celeriac pizza (Celery root fake pizza) 5️⃣Parmigiana according to Glass (Glass version of Parmigiana) 6️⃣Cooked passion fruit cream, dulce de leche, popcorn ice cream. (Passion fruit crema cotta, dulce de leche, pop cornice cream) Absolutely no more #reviews for @glasshostaria by @cristinabowermanchef. Only one #advice YOU MUST GO THERE.
