13/09/2025: Great value for money (everything is a bit dated, but absolutely fine), great pool, beautiful view. There's a tennis court, a soccer field, a playground, two pools, and a restaurant. The pool bar is also very good. All in all, it's simply fantastic, especially with children.

Wonderful place where you can unplug and breathe a bit of peace and relaxation.
Beautiful pool with sunbeds assigned based on the apartment number, so you can't go wrong. Very well stocked bar.
Restaurant with excellent food, very good pizza, friendly and always helpful staff. The menu includes options for children and to our pleasant surprise a pasta for babies, which is prepared free of charge.
As for the location, we are 25 minutes by car from the beach, but still easily reachable.
Definitely an excellent location for bike rides or wine/oil tastings, which are promptly suggested by the reception. Having traveled with a small child, we did not have the pleasure of going into the excursions in depth.
Unfortunately we come to the sore point of this resort, namely the apartment and the cleanliness.
The website describes it as rustic Tuscan style, but we only found an old and poorly maintained house. I am very sorry to have to add a negative comment to the place, because in general we had a great time and it was a great week of vacation, but the cleanliness was very poor! Cobwebs under the chairs, hair on the sheets and in the bathroom, dusty and dirty floors (my daughter who started crawling, time to unpack the suitcases, we found her with black knees, hands and feet!!!), kitchen tiles all greasy, oven unusable, dirty tables, some dead ants in the child's bed (perhaps "acceptable" being in the countryside).
Chest of drawers with a drawer with only one handle, so that was unusable, since it was very large and heavy and two were needed to open it smoothly.
The drawers of the bedside tables smelled strongly of old/humidity so unusable.
I strongly recommend equipping all apartments with mosquito nets, especially since it is a place in the middle of greenery and nature, due to the insects and mosquitoes constantly present.
I must say that after I complained, the reception took care of providing us with mosquito nets by the meter the next day, that we could cut and attach as needed, and mosquito-repellent stoves.
I conclude by saying that there will probably be some apartments that are newer and better kept than ours, I'm not sure, but the advice is definitely to improve the quality of cleaning because the services and everything else are really worth it.
