This was the BEST carbonara and amatriciana I had in Rome to this day! And I did eat these in many MANY restaurants there. Honestly the carbonara got me emotional. Such a wonderful surprise since we stumbled upon this place when walking near the hotel. It is definitely a simple place but the food is outstanding! Great bread and wine too.

We discovered this restaurant through friends. The menu is very interesting and varied, featuring traditional Roman dishes as well as other specials. The artichoke alla giudia is wonderful, as is the seafood risotto. The desserts, all homemade, are also excellent. Massimo, the owner, is very attentive and hospitable to his customers. We'll be back soon! Highly recommended!

There were four of us, and we hadn't been recommended by anyone. We were on our way to Castel Sant'Angelo and saw that it looked promising. Although it's in a very touristy area, it's not at all touristy. We loved the food; it was delicious and traditional, and we finished with a tiramisu that none of us had ever had before.

A very nice restaurant, very good! The waiter spoke a little French, and with my Italian, we managed to understand each other. The food was good, and the service was quick.

15/03/2026: Today we had lunch at this restaurant... for five of us. Excellent choice for us!!! We didn't eat well...more!!! We were truly satisfied with every course...the staff was very kind and helpful... A lovely discovery and definitely our destination in Ariccia. The guys were really good...quality ingredients.
22/02/2026: Delicious dishes, compliments to both the dining room and kitchen staff. We'll definitely be back... the atmosphere is meticulously maintained...
