We had the most wonderful afternoon with Monica and her sister Dana, in their small, family owned, authentically gorgeous shop. Monica was an amazing teacher, sharing generously of the craft of handmade pasta making, as well as many family stories and the role of pasta in the Italian home. We learnt how to make a variety of pastas including tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle, and bow ties.
