It's enchanting!!! You have to know where it is, maybe that's why it's even more interesting. We had an aperitif there, and everything was delicious!! The place is wonderful and Paola was fantastic.

This was an amazing experience. The food was of extremely high quality and the atmosphere made it even better. The restaurant is in an historical building and the family that runs the place are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge about the history of the place and the story behind the food. Truly one of the better experiences we had during our vacation in Italy.

This is one of those places you call a hidden gem. You will eat inside a cave, part of an ancient Roman "cisterna" and the food will literally, tickle your senses. The owners do not speak english, but they will go above and beyond to make your experience a bliss. And then, Fabrizzio, who speaks more than 5 languages, will ensure you know what you are eating. The menu has 2 sections: 1st one we can call it the tapas section, it will include little dishes, cold meats and unique cheeses, or 2) Three different types of pastas. Honestly, you don't need a larger menu because what they offer is heaven. Really; an evening in heaven. One of my favorite experiences so far. They are a new restaurant, but hopefully will become a staple in genzano. They are behind the church amongst the houses in the pedestrians are. There is plenty of parking on the streets around. You got to you. When in Rome, go here!!!! By the way, I didn't picture the food; I was too busy enjoying.
