02/03/2025: Sunday lunch as a couple.
A little dated but welcoming, very intimate atmosphere.
We chose tasting menus.
Starter: Piedmontese fassona steak with truffle petals, delicate and well balanced.
First course: beetroot risotto with parmesan fondue and crunchy sausage, pleasant and well made, very delicate.
Second course: cheek braised with Nebbiolo, an excellent and successful dish.
Dessert: pistachio bavarois, the "icing on the cake", very good, very delicate.
With a good glass of wine the result is guaranteed!
Add to this the waiter, Samuele, who absolutely lived up to expectations, perhaps even beyond, competent, friendly, helpful, and was able to create a truly pleasant environment.

In the end we had a very good time, we will return.
Price slightly high, but the service lived up to expectations.
08/02/2025: Better than expected! The food is good and the place is really nice. Decently priced. Wonderful if you are staying at the hotel as I was. Very convenient - don't even have to go outside.
