The place is very lively, with efficient service. The food is excellent; I'd especially recommend the beef tagliata I had—the best I can remember. On the downside, the tables are small and close together, which can be a bit uncomfortable when you have a lot of dishes. The wine recommendation wasn't very helpful.

I recommend everyone to go there. You're served quickly, there's no wait. The pappardelle with hare ragù was tasty and satisfying, with a delicate, flavorful ragù. The lamb with potatoes was perfectly cooked, tender, and delicious (I recommend the lamb to everyone), and the potatoes were both soft and crispy. The waiters are responsive and organized, and serve you quickly. The wait time is excellent, and the place is very clean.

First time at Le Sapin. Everything was delicious, from the sautéed porcini mushrooms to the fillet steak in Barolo. Service was prompt but not intrusive. The diners were polite and interesting. We'll definitely be back.

Champoluc's main street. Restaurant with a menu I chose, typical Aosta Valley fare, including a lard and honey appetizer, Aosta Valley soup, and marron glacé and rum dessert! Friendly staff, but since it's 9:30 pm... a bit tired from the evening. Book on Thursdays for Saturday dinner!!! Always full! Excellent Aosta Valley wine, Fumin: full-bodied.

We spent a weekend in Champoluc, and trusting the good reviews we read about this place, we tried it and indeed we ate well, good quality, fair prices, and large portions too. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful meal with game and polenta. Porcini mushrooms with mushrooms, and venison and roe deer prosciutto. Two desserts and two waters. We paid €90 without receiving the receipt we requested.
