We were actually going to the restaurant across the street, which had a higher rating and said it was open (Sunday night). We got there and it was closed. That was a sign to visit Le Rondinelle! Excellent surprise! Very good pizza! We also ordered spaghetti carbonara which was very good!

A classic pizzeria/restaurant. The atmosphere is a bit dated, but the service and food quality make up for it. Excellent seafood with varied and sophisticated dishes. A great place for a relaxed lunch or dinner with friends or family.

I went for lunch this afternoon the pizza is really good, and you can tell the pizza chefs are young, talented, and full of energy. However, the dining room isn't the best: the atmosphere is a bit dull and poorly maintained. It's a shame, because the food is truly worth it.

Truly excellent and tasty pizza. You can choose from many different doughs (kamut, sourdough, etc.). The takeout service is quick and friendly; the waiter even opened the door for me with several pizzas in hand. I've been there several times and there's never been a long wait, even when it's busy. The only downside is that it's expensive: two takeout pizzas cost €30, definitely on the high end. High prices, definitely not for everyone.

Ristorante Al Frate

18/12/2025: If you're looking to bring some "outsiders" to enjoy the excellent traditional cuisine of Brescia, you've come to the right place! This is the third time I've been there or sent friends or family there, and they always make me feel great!
16/12/2025: Charming service and quite distinctive decor. Plus, while I waited for my main course, they brought me a small appetizer.
