Excellent raw materials and better processed.
Dishes that have a history and a host who has a great desire to do well by telling everything with such enthusiasm. Well done too, mother's golden hands in the kitchen, incredible macaroni!

On an ordinary day, any Wednesday, by chance we arrived at Piccolo Ristoro Le Rocce. Unplanned experience, perhaps even more surprising for this reason. The place transmits warmth and welcome as soon as you enter. The dishes and the truly typical cuisine confirm that you have found the right place. Then when you stop to talk to Stefano you understand that behind it there is work, passion and experience, all in maximum simplicity. Ingredients at 0 km, recipes "respectful" of tradition. It's always nice to meet people who believe in what they do and who share what they know. Definitely recommended if you want to have a "typical" lunch in Pietrapertosa.

Se vuoi assaggiare piatti tipici della tradizione dai salumi autoprodotti, alla pasta fatta in casa, alla salsiccia... ben cucinate ed associate a sughi gustosi siete nel posto giusto. Location senza grosse pretese, servizio cordiale, accogliente e professionale. Conto assolutamente onesto ( con 25€ hai un menu' con antipasto misto, due assaggi di primo e due assaggi di dolce ).

In this restaurant you will have the greatest service given by the family. They don’t just look for you to have a great time but also they try to serve the most authentic top-quality local gastronomic experience. From the home-made wine, home made-entrees, home-made pasta to the dessert is just beautifully executed filled with passion. More restaurants should look up to provide this plates.
I recommend for anyone coming to town to try this restaurant, it’s a most.

The small restaurant is a family-run restaurant. The one who is the boss is Stefano, very kind who puts you at ease and also meticulously explains his typical dishes of the Lucanian and Pietrapertosa tradition. The location is a family restaurant. Delicious food. Cost less than average. Recommendations for appetizer and first course cavatelli with sauce with sausage, walnuts and crusco pepper. Finally I tasted 1 complete dish with crusco pepper. Served differently than usual... in short, a restaurant to enjoy.

A few days ago we went to the Piccolo Ristoro Le Rocce... We were very happy to have chosen it after reading the reviews... They are in line with reality... Simple, very kind, fast service... Excellent quality food both in terms of flavor and because I digested everything without any kind of problem... Typical mountain environment... Everything clean... The owner told us the history of the place, how it was born, how important it is to carry it forward... It seemed like we knew him for a lifetime, he quickly put us at ease... This summer we will return...
