From the outside I wouldn't have given a star but instead upon entering you find a very warm rustic place with a very good gastronomic offer. Very small and crowded place but very pleasant business dinner with Piedmontese dishes. I will definitely be back!
I returned after 10 months and I confirm the quality of the gastronomic offer, congratulations!

I am not normally inclined to "exaggerate" in my food review, but I must say in all sincerity that the "food" experience at the "Le ramine" restaurant was one of the best, if not the best, so far. Tried the tasting menu and was very pleasantly surprised! Thank you chef for the competence and the heart you put into the dishes, and see you again soon! In majora.

Having read the reviews, I had other expectations.
Compared to other steps the level is certainly lower.
starter Russian salad nothing special, then braised in Barolo the meat was too dry, it almost seemed like a leftover and the side dish was ridiculous.

Abbiamo cenato all'Osteria Le Ramin-e durante un weekend festivo e affollato, trovando fortunatamente disponibilità e gentilezza!
Il locale è semplice e accogliente, arredato come un'osteria di una volta.
Il personale è garbato e attento.
Il menù ottimo, con proposte del territorio e una buona scelta di vini.
Tra le portate, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo gli agnolotti classici: una sfoglia sottile che si scioglie in bocca, ripiena di arrosto squisito.
Il conto è stato in linea con l'offerta: per due antipasti, due primi, due secondi e un dolce, con un quarto di vino della casa, abbiamo speso 92€.
