Le Ramin-e In Torino

I'd been to this restaurant before and really enjoyed it. This last visit didn't live up to my previous review. The appetizer portions were small, the cardoon flan was chopped and undercooked, and the baked potatoes were cold... Well, a bit disappointing.

One of the best restaurants in Turin. The cuisine is exceptional, traditional Piedmontese, but truly unique, not the usual run-of-the-mill recipes. The dishes are meticulously crafted, with just the right amount of room for creativity. The service is courteous and impeccable.

A wonderful discovery in Turin! An old-fashioned place with exposed brick walls, limited seating, well-served, and a few dishes, but prepared to perfection! The photos speak for themselves! I highly recommend the tartare (half a portion in the photo), any of the first courses, they're all so good, and especially the cheeses for those who love them. The house wine is more than a good accompaniment. Super fair prices! Congratulations!

The place is nice and modestly sized. We ordered one of the two tasting menus. The kitchen was flexible in substituting dishes from the menu with other dishes from the tasting menu. A plus. The dessert, a freshly prepared hazelnut and zabaglione tart, was excellent. Recommended.

I've always enjoyed this trattoria, which maintains both the quality and the typical atmosphere of Turin's Piole. The difference compared to some so-called "typical" establishments is that the menu here is high-quality. The soundproofing could be improved, but I definitely recommend it.

The atmosphere and service are like a tavern, but the prices are high and the portions are small. It's a shame because the food isn't bad.

I've eaten at Le Ramine twice, and both times I've enjoyed dishes made with excellent ingredients, cooked to perfection, and the staff is friendly. The only downside: the restaurant is small and has only a few tables; if you don't book in advance, you risk not getting a seat.

It was a fantastic lunch and such a great price and the staff was lovely! Definitely stop here for lunch! 😊

We had an unconvincing experience in several respects. The location is as expected, a convivial and welcoming place, even if the space is limited. The service is punctual and precise. We had a problem with the dessert, but that's understandable; we would have expected a discount or free coffee. The extensive wine list, perhaps too extensive, clashes with a place dressed like a Piola, but with the pretensions of a restaurant. The dishes offered are limited, a sign of the attention to detail and quality; several dishes are classics but with variations to make them more appealing and delicious. The night we went, there was little on offer for a vegetarian and practically nothing for a vegan. The prices are in line with a restaurant, but the portions are not consistent with what one would expect from a rustic osteria. We returned home with a slightly bitter taste in our mouths, especially considering the quality/price ratio. Let's see if we get a chance to give it a second chance and reevaluate our impressions.
