Elegant. Very professional and thorough reception staff. Excellent restaurant service with truly knowledgeable staff, both for breakfast in the morning and for dinner in the evening. Compliments to the chef. The pool is used a lot by the grandchildren.

Experienced for a week just back. For the first two days, problems with hot water and hot air, but after speaking to the owner, it was immediately resolved. Applause goes to the reception girls, Maria and Arianna, very professional, friendly, and helpful. Suggestions: a little more care would become a feather in the cap. The cuisine deserves a star, needs improvement. Absolutely not recommended.

A very comfortable, beautiful, clean, and tidy hotel. The food is excellent and the table service is also very attentive! I must say that the reception staff are very formal, kind, and polite. They carefully listened to our requests and always made sure they accommodated us... thank you! I sincerely hope to return!

The hotel is about 800 meters from the center, easily reachable in a few minutes' walk. The rooms are spacious, and the terrace is furnished and usable in all weather conditions. Our bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. We had a small cleanliness issue, which was quickly resolved after explaining the situation to the reception staff, who were always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel features an indoor and outdoor pool, a Turkish bath, and a sauna, all free for guests. Massages can be booked for a fee. A buffet breakfast is served by friendly and helpful staff.

A nice hotel, ideal for getting around the area as it's located between the Aosta train station and bus station. Close to the city center, the hotel has a swimming pool.

These international influences are very much felt here: history, heritage, and culture are widely shared. But the real highlight lies in the culinary experience: beyond the pizzas, the local flavors; cheeses like Fontina, used in polenta "concia," and charcuterie products such as Jambon de Bosses, Lard d'Arnad, and cheese gnocchi are divine. The welcome and service are exceptionally classy—imagine tables adorned with gleaming white cotton tablecloths. A dream weekend that offers total immersion in Alpine elegance! For lovers of history, nature, and magnificent landscapes.

The hotel isn't bad, but the rooms lose a star. The bathroom is so-so, and the mattress is extremely hard. The restaurant is truly excellent.
