Le Petit In Aosta

I stayed there for one night and the service was impeccable! Everyone speaks French and English. The hotel has magnificent architecture! Clean, soundproofed rooms! Swimming pool available. I recommend it!

1) Disappointing sauna, officially Finnish sauna, but was only 60 degrees. When asked about it, the staff said it was because of the many people coming and going, but we were the only ones there. 2) Room was okay, but the price-performance ratio was not right at all. 3) Staff worked very inefficiently and slowly.

Hotel with many rooms of adequate size for every need, large and comfortable breakfast room, from breakfast I expected more, given the richness that the zero kilometer area offers, excellent free and spacious parking, spa too small luckily we stayed during the week without too many influxes, better the free outdoor pool with sunbeds available.

The hotel is showing its age. There's no hot water when several people shower at the same time, and the air conditioning sometimes doesn't work. There are strange vibrations in the elevator. The staff is rude.

Excellent hotel, equipped with many comforts from the small internal spa to the internal and external pool. The structure of the hotel is particular and fascinating, balconies that present the rooms on each floor and that all look at the center of the imposing hall with a fascinating spiral staircase or upwards the glass dome. In our case the shower had a water leak problem (for this reason I put 4/5) and unfortunately the external pool was not usable. Impeccable service and rich breakfast. Really elegant and well-arranged dining room. If I returned to Aosta, I would definitely return here also for the strategic position. Recommended.

Very good hotel, some areas for improvement, of course, but if I return, it will be to this hotel. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, clean, with a large bathroom and good soundproofing. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the staff is always smiling and pleasant. Among the areas that need improvement, the bathroom could do with a little renovation (especially the shower doors). And the indoor pool, the liner has been covered with a coating that is worn, resulting in a somewhat patchwork finish. The coating isn't very smooth; my son scraped his toes on it. But it's a very nice establishment, and I'm sure the necessary work will be done.
