Le Papillon In Pomaretto

Beautiful surprise! The location is very beautiful, immersed in the beautiful mountains of the Chisone valley, a stone's throw from Perosa Argentina. We went in July and we are high enough for it to be quite cool. But the sandwiches are the best! You can choose the type of bread and the type of meat. The sandwiches are all soft and the meat very tasty. Even the desserts, all homemade, are excellent. Highly recommended

We are back after a few years. Wide choice of hamburgers; mine however did not win in fact the gorgonzola cream completely covered any other flavour. We found it all a bit heavy. Tasteless fries and tiramisu with practically no coffee (the ladyfingers were completely dry). The pinsa was excellent, too bad it was served together with the hamburgers even though we had specified that it was an appetizer for the table. In general the service was very slow and the two waitresses busy with several tables were not enough, we were a bit abandoned (looking at other tables things did not seem better). Among other things only one of the two was equipped with a PDA to take orders. Basic location. The bill, slightly high but nothing exaggerated. Maybe a bad evening.

It is a beer house that offers gourmet hamburgers with the possibility of choosing the type of bread, meat and condiments among many choices. The beers are also excellent and in the summer it is very nice to spend an evening in the cool dehor. The only flaw is the menu that is not easy to read, there are too many indications and the first time it is difficult to orient yourself, for the rest it is 5 stars.. I suggest booking well in advance to find a place.

It wasn't the first time, but unfortunately, even though I had booked, they took the orders first at tables that arrived later and it wasn't good, sitting down at 7.30pm we had to call the waitress twice and finally orders were taken at 8.45pm, the drinks arrived at 9pm, the burgers arrived at 9.20pm (5 stars! As well as the beer and dessert) another flaw, dogs ok, maybe not on the sofas and on the table 😅

Gli hamburger del Papillon sono originali e di altissima qualità e la cosa bella è che, sulle differenti opzioni di condimento, si può scegliere il pane preferito e così anche la carne. Buone le birre e i dolci… un po’ troppo calorici ma irresistibili 😀 Ero già stato altre volte ed ogni volta il livello di servizio è qualità è mantenuto. Ambiente informale, ma accogliente. Unica pecca: per fare le cose per bene i tempi di attesa non sono brevissimi. Comunque bravi tutti. Alla prossima!!!

Questo posto è perfetto per una cena buona e golosa vicino a casa in tutte le stagioni e per chi ama i burger! Torneremo sicuramente!

Always excellent burgers with special and delicious ingredients! Watch out for the promos during the week which are really excellent!
