Le Pantanelle In Monte san biagio

I've been going to this restaurant for years, and I must say it never ceases to amaze me: good food, beautiful location, ever-increasing quality, professionalism, and kindness. I'm from Gaeta, and I'm happy to travel because I eat the best fish at Le Pantanelle, one of the best restaurants in the area, highly recommended!

You would never think that such an iconic gastronomic restaurant like this would be in such a small town called Monte San Biagio about an hour south of Rome if you are driving from Rome to Naples or the Amalfi coast on the appian way you have to stop and enjoy not only the delicious food but the opulence and views if you visit the Pantanelle it will be a worthwhile stop.

I have known the restaurant for 20 years, it never disappoints, excellent food and kind and professional staff.

The best night time atmosphere especially on a beautiful summer night with the medieval town of Monte San Biagio on the hill in the background all lit up and the swimming pool on the grounds eating al fresco enjoying the super delicious food that is prepared in this restaurant is something that you will remember the rest of your life the atmosphere and the food is truly superb a culinary dream.

Birthday lunch with good food and great company. The service was impeccable, my dish of homemade tagliatelle with scottona ragout was delicious. As soon as I return to Pontinia, I hope to repeat the experience.

My Valentine's Day was special because I chose the right restaurant! The menu was excellent, from starters to desserts! Music that entertained the evening! Competitive price compared to other restaurants! Nothing to add, I would go back again, again and again!

Definitely a good meat & fish restaurant with an excellent cellar for the choice of wines. Beautiful location with garden all around and scenic swimming pool. It's a shame though that the oil is European Community oil and honestly nothing special. For a gourmet it's a low blow. Above all because the restaurant is located in a context where an excellent quality of oil such as Itrana is produced. PS. f.lli Feudi in Capocroce produces selected DOP oil and 5 types of flavored oils (obviously with an anti-spill cap) such as lemon 🍋 and orange, divine on fish 🐟 then also basil and rosemary, delicious on meat and finally an excellent chilli oil 🌶 to enhance any dish for a refined and demanding palate. I sincerely hope that whoever manages the restaurant gives it some thought.
