I just returned from a business trip. The rooms were spacious, the shower comfortable, and in the morning the owner prepared a plentiful breakfast for us, with a kindness that was unique and rare... If I were to stay in Viterbo again, I would definitely go there.

I can only say EXCELLENT and that is an understatement, invited to a wedding with an entire gluten-free menu, I was truly pampered, from the selection of appetizers taken care of in detail to the complete menu identical to the gluten-free one, even the final biscuits... everything perfect and delicious, I was truly speechless, congratulations to everyone...

Spacious, clean, and colorful suite rooms, a garden area with an adult pool, a hot tub, and a children's pool, large umbrellas, and a bar. Lunch is available. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and willing to accommodate guests' needs. Excellent gluten- and lactose-free options, too. Excellent value for money.

Welcoming and extremely kind staff. Beautiful and spacious rooms, a child-friendly hotel. A corner of paradise surrounded by greenery, very peaceful.

19/11/2025: There were two of us out on our motorcycles. We called, and they checked before offering availability. It's traditional home cooking that emphasizes quality and flavor. The menu is limited because, I asked, it depends on the ingredients available, and the restaurant can't accommodate many people. Its location feels like a step back in time, and for me, with my mother's family from the Viterbo area and great cooks, it feels like a step back in time to flavors that have almost disappeared. The person serving is also the manager (perhaps the owner?) and is very kind in providing information. Excellent value for money.

03/05/2025: With my partner, we had organized a day in Caprarola to visit Palazzo Farnese and its gardens, to end the day we had booked at the hostaria, we were welcomed into the room by two girls dressed in style, very nice, helpful and very professional, typical cuisine... true goodness, everything was excellent!! Maurizio perfect host and kitchen, perfect girls, more than honest account taking into account the quality of the food. Keep it up!!!!! Lucio and Gioia
29/04/2025: Excellent experience, refined cuisine using excellent local products. The staff was extremely friendly. Everything was exactly as I imagined. The underground atmosphere was breathtaking. The well under the table was captivating. Highly recommended.
