A typical Valtellina restaurant, offering exceptional food quality and customer service. One of the best restaurants around Bormio, both summer and winter.

Le Motte Restaurant: Not a warm welcome They were almost annoyed because we were the first to arrive and it looked like the staff was still eating lunch. Aside from that, we ordered: - Appetizer: charcuterie board and sciatt. - First/Second Courses: Pizzoccheri superb, Polenta taragna with chanterelles and porcini mushrooms, very good, Roe deer stew with fries (perhaps the roe deer tasted too much like wine, but it was good), and Polenta taragna with veal morsels, sausage, and casera cheese, very good. We didn't get to dessert. Ate well.

Elegant and very well-prepared! Generous and delicious dishes... not homemade dishes, but excellent quality! The price is reasonable considering these valleys have taken Forza! 30 euros, appetizer for half, with the other person, a first course, a glass of wine and water.

I've known and frequented this restaurant for several years and can confirm that it has maintained its unwavering quality over time. The menu offers traditional Valtellina dishes, beautifully cooked and presented, in an elegant setting managed with care by the staff. It's a memorable place, one you'll always want to return to.

There were nine of us, and we ate there for dinner. The sciatt, polenta, and tartare were excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Perhaps a little pricey, but all in all, it was worth it.

A very elegant restaurant with plenty of seating, but reservations are recommended. We went there for the first time on a Saturday evening and had such a great time that we returned on Monday evening. Personally, after trying other restaurants, I found the pizzoccheri to be absolutely delicious, not to mention the cold cuts platter (honorable mention for the lard) and the taragna polenta with scimudin fondue and sautéed mushrooms (I was absolutely blown away). In my opinion, it's hard to find anything bad at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly, and Saturday was a bit hectic, but it was really crowded, so I think that's to be expected. Definitely a place I'll return to again and again. A fantastic experience.
