Le Monachine - Ristorante Braceria In Robecco d'oglio

A small restaurant in the center of a tiny town. We went there as a family of five (with a dog). It had a very family atmosphere. The service was exceptional. The food was fantastic—completely unlike anything else we've had—the chef isn't afraid to experiment with flavors. The wine was delicious! We highly recommend it!

Le Monachine is one of those places that stays in your heart. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are welcomed by a rustic and enveloping atmosphere, where every detail speaks of warmth, tradition and refined simplicity. The excellent quality of the dishes is immediately perceived: genuine flavors, carefully selected ingredients and a refinement that enhances traditional cuisine without distorting it. Each course is a small masterpiece, prepared with passion and served with pride. The welcome also makes the difference: sincere hospitality, real smiles and attentive but never intrusive service. You immediately feel at home, pampered and loved. A special place, where you eat well and feel even better. An experience that tastes good, in every sense. We will gladly return.

Spettacolare per chi ama una cucina ricercata. I piatti sono un mix tra prodotti nostrani e tecniche del mondo, che, a contatto con il palato, inondano la bocca di sapori! L’accoglienza e il servizio in sala sono impeccabili: lei è super attenta ai bisogni del cliente, molto gentile e preparata! Possiamo dire che questo ristorante conferma la regola del.. “l’apparenza inganna”. Da fuori è poco visibile, una sola porta-finestra che da sulla strada e un insegna non troppo evidente. Ma, una volta entrati, si viene avvolti da un’atmosfera amorevole e tranquilla! All’interno del locale si perde la cognizione del tempo!

A nice surprise. You can feel the passion there. A restaurant based on the philosophy of the grill. Said like this it might seem banal but there is study and preparation in the dishes, you can see experimentation and as far as I'm concerned these guys are on the right path. The price is perfectly adequate for the excellent raw material and the craftsmanship involved in cooking it. Excellent service where each dish is explained in detail.

È ormai difficile oggi distinguersi e farsi ricordare. Questo piccolo ristorante ci riesce. In un mondo dove ormai lo straordinario è quasi banale, e in cui siamo assuefatti a continue uscite ed esperienze che si accumulano e inevitabilmente spesso si perdono nel dimenticatoio, sono rimasto stupito dalla ricercatezza e dalla realizzazione dei piatti. Lo chef ha qualcosa da dire e comunica con le sue creazioni. In particolare il raviolo al pollo e brodo di carciofo mi ha catapultato nei profumi e atmosfere della mia infanzia in campagna. È stato emozionante e non è una cosa che dico spesso. Materie prime di qualità, prezzo commisurato. Purtroppo causa ignoranza certa gente non capisce che prodotti diversi hanno costi diversi. Quanto proposto vale il prezzo del biglietto.
