Excellent pizzoli, the "real" ones I would say. Very digestible dough, variety for all tastes and very fresh ingredients. It is advisable to call in advance as it is quite full.

Good pitches (nothing superlative), the staff too disorganized. The owner seemed to be doing us a favor by finding us a table.

We were with friends to eat a series of Pizzoli, we were waiting for nothing more than this moment. And in fact we were very satisfied with expectations. The Pizzoli are truly excellent, especially those with wild boar, venison and donkey. There is plenty of variety to please different palates. I recommend doing a "Pizzoli tour" so as not to take just one but choose several Pizzoli to share (like a pizza tour so to speak). If I had to find any faults, perhaps in some with the meat I would have removed the mushrooms because they tend to cover the cistus of the meat itself. For the rest I would say that the value for money is always excellent. I recommend calling well in advance because the place is quite crowded and you might only find the 10.30pm shift. Pizzoli buonissimi, specialmente il norcino e quello con la carne di asino. L’unico che non mi è piaciuto era con la carne di cervo, ma sono gusti personali (non amo la gelatina). Abbiamo assaggiato 10 pizzoli diversi, ed erano tutti straordinari, compresi quelli dolci! Disponibili anche pizzoli senza glutine molti buono. Consigliato vivamente !

The owner was very kind, giving us the available time and table so that we could have dinner with my elderly father, respecting the timing. Excellent Pizzoli and fabulous ingredients. The view from the terrace is enchanting. Well done, every year you are my favorite stop

It confirms for me the hitherto irreplaceable place to eat an excellent pizzolo where the only problem, if anything, is that of choosing among the infinite proposals.
Craft beer is also very popular.
I would add a few others perhaps among those produced in Sicily which have now reached very high levels.

Pleasant location because we dined on an outdoor terrace in the middle of the Sortino countryside. Trattoria-like environment with plastic tables and chairs, paper tablecloth and grandmother's crockery. Minimal service. A very practical place where the house specialty is undoubtedly pizzolo. In truth we started dinner with a very low quality Margherita pizza and continued with savory pizzoli with truly excellent flavours. I recommend trying the one with pumpkin, cheese and black olives, it deserves 10 and praise. Cheap prices. At the end the owner also offered us coffee and bitters. Positive experience to be repeated whenever possible.

I Pizzoli sono buoni e abbondanti, vasta scelta, anche celiaca. C'è un po' da attendere ma nell'insieme tutto buono, personale gentile
