I’m still dreaming about this meal — hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Italy. Every single dish was bursting with freshness and flavor. The pizza was absolute perfection: that airy, charred crust, creamy mozzarella, sweet tomatoes, and the touch of fresh basil… chef’s kiss. The seafood pasta was light yet flavorful, with tender clams and a perfect garlic-sauce. And don’t get me started on the shrimp and calamari — so tender and seasoned just right. Even the sides were impressive — crispy potatoes with charred tomato and fresh herbs? Yes, please. And then came dessert… both were so elegant and not overly sweet. The raspberry one was refreshing and fruity, while the other had this lovely balance of whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Every detail — the handmade ceramic plates, the charming glassware, the cozy ambiance — made the whole experience feel special. If you find yourself anywhere near here, this place is an absolute must. I’d come back in a heartbeat

We were visiting Italy and we tried the pizza and it was one of the best pizzas we tried in Italy. We met Chef Elias and he was one of the nicest people. He welcomed us very much and treated us well in the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet Chef Yaqoub. I hope everyone tries the restaurant if they visit Italy 🫡🍕

Very good pizza! Very thin and well cooked, excellent quality ingredients, compliments to the pizza chef, kind and efficient staff, very well-kept and clean place, nice outdoor area with many tables. Parking in front of the place or 200 meters up the city slope, large space. If you want to eat a proper pizza, go for sure, highly recommended Bertolino

Bar annesso pizzeria con espresso in capsule noto marchio. Non ci convince rispetto al macinato da grani. Gentile il personale,disponibile. Zona pre borgo appena entrati in paese. Posti ai tavoli interni e da gazebo esterno annesso. Non provata la pizza ma dalla vista dei sacchi farina sembra di buona qualità.

Last night I had dinner with my husband at Le Mille Sfoglie, this cozy restaurant really highlighted our trip to piacenza, every dish we had was masterfully prepared and beautifully presented by chef Jacobo, the top quality, fresh and locally sourced ingredients that this restaurant is loyal to gave a true meaning to what Italian cuisine is all about and it’s authentic identity, also the exquisite selection of bread that is freshly baked, the local wine, and I can confidently say that even the coffee was one of the best I’ve had in Italy so far made our dining experience so enjoyable. Special thanks to the whole team at Le Mille Sfoglie for their excellent hospitality and service. Definitely recommended.

We had lunch here after visiting the medieval village of Castell'Arquato. The restaurant is just outside the historic center and offers pizza at midday. An extra thin but excellent pizza (I prefer it more substantial, hence the 4 ⭐️ and not five. Friendly and attentive service.

At the foot of the historic center of the beautiful village, welcoming location, very nice, friendly staff. Buna pizza, very thin and crunchy, large. Unfortunately the knives available did not cut, as a result the pizza cooled further as each bite was an effort to cut. However, I recommend it, hoping they changed the cutlery 😵‍💫 Good value for money
