Good food in an elegant setting in Catania, service a little slow but overall very good experience

My hotel referred me to this restaurant and I loved it! I had lunch there solo and then, went back for dinner the next night bringing some friends along. Both times I was made to feel welcomed. The food is fantastic and so fresh. The restaurant feels like a family neighborhood gem run with love and passion. The staff is exceptional and always smiling, "Come, sit down, join us!" Oh, how I miss it now that I am home in California!!!!

We arrived near closing time, even so they welcomed us. The service was very nice, the food was delicious!

Excellent starters, average main courses, price a little exaggerated in my opinion (46 per person including starters and first courses OR second courses without dessert with wine and water)

Great food, friendly and efficient staff

I organized a lunch with all the relatives on the occasion of my son's 18th birthday. Everything was SUPERLATIVE! Fresh fish, well cooked, well presented dishes, authentic flavours, friendliness and willingness to satisfy all our requests. Excellent quality/price ratio. Thanks to Mr. Alfredo and his staff for a lunch that met all expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Spectacular tuna tartare, mediocre spaghetti with clams, good fried fish. Excellent service.

Nice restaurant with attentive staff and very friendly owner. I recommend sharing the house starter, which is really plentiful, to enjoy fish and samples of other typical dishes. Almost everything on the menu is also available in a gluten-free version, including pasta first courses and fried fish! The lemon sorbet and cannoli ice cream are also excellent. If I were to return to Catania I would definitely come back here.

Helpful staff and a very refined and elegant environment. Delicious food and always very fresh fish. The owner will know how to pamper you and always recommend the best according to your needs. Super recommended!
