29/12/2025: Visiting Mopps Brewery was a very pleasant experience in many ways. The place has a welcoming and original atmosphere, with an industrial style that's been meticulously crafted to create a modern and warm atmosphere. As soon as you enter, you can sense the passion for craft beer, which is evident in the brewing and tasting areas. The beer selection is wide and varied, with different styles to satisfy both those who prefer classic flavors and those who enjoy experimenting with more unique and innovative flavors. I really appreciated the opportunity to take guided tastings: the staff is knowledgeable and able to explain the characteristics of each beer, the production processes, and the differences between styles, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. The food is in keeping with the brewery's style: simple but well-prepared dishes, ideal for accompanying the beer without overpowering it. The portions are adequate and the ingredients are fresh, although some of the menu items could be more original. The service is courteous and helpful, always ready to offer suggestions on beers and pairings, although it can be a bit slow at busy times. A small downside is the wait times: during peak hours, the line at the bar and the wait for tables can be long, but that's understandable given the venue's popularity. Furthermore, some areas of the brewery can be noisy when crowded, which can limit the opportunity for a peaceful conversation. Overall, Mopps Brewery offers a quality experience, with interesting beers, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming and original atmosphere. There are only a few areas for improvement, mainly regarding the organization during peak times and a few details on the menu. For those who love craft beer and want to spend a few hours in a pleasant setting, this brewery is definitely a recommended choice.
