This restaurant has become one of my favorites thanks to the quality of the food, always fresh and with attention to detail. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel immediately at ease. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I'm now a regular and loyal customer, so I highly recommend the experience the owners offer.

I have been there more than once, beautiful place, very kind owners, exquisite food, top location, definitely try the desserts explained by the owner, you won't regret it... I will definitely go back

We went two nights, and both time the food was amazing and reasonably priced! Dishes were all full of flavour and delicious. Very clean and welcoming. All staff were friendly! No menu in English, and staff had very little English, but we got to practice a little Italian, and they were very patient with us.

We ate at Le Machine two nights in a row. A warm welcome, very friendly service, and a charming atmosphere. And last but not least, the food was delicious. Highly recommended if you're staying in Rossano.

02/01/2026: Wonderful New Year's Eve evening. Delicious dinner! Catia and Francesco took great care of us, both recommending dishes and wines and giving us lots of tips and information on what to do in the beautiful Pollino National Park. Thank you, and we hope to return soon.

The setting is a fantastic blend of the tranquility of a mountain cabin and the fresh air and views of the countryside around San Donato di Ninea, whose historic center is just a short distance away. The family-run business adds a great value to the experience itself and helps you explore the local cuisine, which offers a wide variety and quality.
