15/01/2025: Exceptional restaurant led by Antonio and Eleonora in a knowledgeable, professional and friendly way. From the appetizers to the first courses of the "Roman tradition" everything is of an incredible standard. I have a weakness for their amatriciana, for the homemade pappardelle with Carbonara or with white ragù or the legendary garlic oil and chilli pepper recipe revisited in addition to the legendary meatballs with sauce brought in the interminable triumph of the appetizers. The meat is unquestionably crazy prepared on an elegant brazier clearly visible in the large room. The cellar is well stocked, as is the department dedicated to spirits where whiskeys from every corner of the world are found. Very complete dessert side with always new additions of the day as well as artisanal ice cream. Beautiful and elegantly sober location suitable for lunches, dinners, including corporate ones and aperitifs as well as for private parties, ceremonies and birthdays. You feel at home spoiled and pampered by Antonio "Mito Assoluto" who has a thought for each of his customers and thanks to the fast, friendly and kind but above all efficient service. What can I say, it has been my favorite restaurant for 10 years. Very high rating with a kiss academic suitable for every situation. 06/01/2025: Very nice and welcoming place, the walls are covered with photographs, a beautiful effect. They welcomed us with a burschetta of escarole and pine nuts, we took courgette flowers to start. Very good shrimp and lemon tagliolini, octopus and pecorino paccheri, the pasta a minute behind cooking but the seasoning so good it makes the slipper. To conclude, apple pie and ice cream, tartlet with figs, both very good.
