Very tasty food! It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious vegan meal. The owner is super nice and the alley you sit in is really beautiful and busy. The dishes are creative and it really tasted fantastic. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Como.

The food was delicious! Very nice to find a vegan restaurant whose owner is also very friendly and inviting. He explains what makes the different dishes special and talks about the preparation method. Everything organic, delicious and imperfezioni (except for the taste!) Highly recommended!

I had long wanted to come to Como for the first time, especially to try the cuisine of "Le Golose Imperfezioni" which I admired through social media and people's reviews.
Needless to say, expectations were high and they were fully rewarded. Starting from the welcome and kindness of the owners, they make you feel at home and explain in detail how their preparations are made.
Very fresh and delicious bread as well as the tarallo and the breadsticks, all strictly wholemeal using ancient grain flours. Using them pure and with sourdough there is no comparison in terms of taste and quality of the final product.
To start I took two panzerottini and two savory croissants, filled with moutabal (spiced legume cream) which I really appreciated, as they were new flavors for me and then one with siccagno tomato, I would have put more because it didn't taste much and therefore dry. The dough for both the panzerottini and the croissants is exceptional, there are no words to describe it.
Afterwards I had a buckwheat lasagne with seasonal vegetables with almond bechamel and aromatic herbs. I was also pleasantly surprised by both its creaminess due to the béchamel sauce as well as its interesting spicy flavours!
To conclude, it's impossible not to have dessert, reading them makes you want to try them all. In this case I opted for La Rustica: a dessert reminiscent of marzipan made with almond flour, white rice chocolate, almond milk and whole cane sugar. Served hot, it brought back wonderful memories... as much as I prefer to eat mainly raw desserts, I can easily say that it was one of the best desserts I've ever eaten in my life at 25 years old. They were moments of true pleasure.
We can only compliment you, whenever I can come to Como it will be a fixed stop to come here. And I'm really sorry that the Graniburger project failed here in Milan, where I wasn't even able to try... I wish there was a place like this <3
Because food should not just be pleasure but nourishment for the body and here is what they do. <3

Really very friendly and warm welcome, the dishes are very good, nourishing and digestible. Organic, local and seasonal products. Dietary constraints are very well received. It's nice to have choices that you want and not just eat the only option at the bottom of the menu... And what's more, everything is prepared with "love", you can feel the attention and passion for the profession. A very good experience, well done!!!

All vegan, home made. Owner and chef waited on us, they were super nice and helpful - explained ingredients and how it is made. They use ancient grains in bread! Food was fresh and yummy. Seating inside and outside (a few small tables out front on the small street) available.

Dai piatti gustosi e ricercati traspare tutto l’amore che i proprietari mettono nel progetto.
Appena entrati siamo stati inebriati dal profumo di grano e spezie.
Non vedo l’ora di tornare per provare tutto il menù!
