3.3⭐ The welcome is friendly and the conversations are enriching! Unfortunately, I have to note the cuisine, beyond this human bubble. It disappointed me a little. I really liked the use of spices and vegetables that are rarely found in restaurants, so bravo to you for that. The almond béchamel sauce had flavor thanks to the spices. On the other hand, the bread and tart pastry disappointed me in terms of texture. I was told it would be crispy, but it was very doughy and quite heavy/dense... I've often tried gluten-free options in bakeries with buckwheat or rice sourdough, and I think it could be improved here, even if it requires a lot of testing. I didn't like the burger as much (it was quite dry), as well as the potatoes, which weren't crispy or fresh; they looked like they'd been reheated. The prices are quite high. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

A quiet spot in the historic center, yet off the beaten path, run in an informal and friendly manner. The vegan menu features grains and vegetables, varying according to the freshness of the ingredients, all handpicked by the owners, and cooked creatively and authentically. The grains are grown naturally and organically on their own estate, far from highways and pollution (in Mugello). Excellent and thoughtful selection of homemade desserts, also vegan. The intimate atmosphere features an open-view oven, and prices are appropriate for the quality, yet not excessive. Highly recommended!

Vegan restaurant that uses many special ingredients, such as flour ground from home-grown grain. The menu features classic dishes with a unique twist. Each guest is given an explanation of the concept behind the restaurant and its adjoining bakery. My partner and I really enjoyed the food, but the best thing for me was the extremely friendly and authentic owner.

We absolutely loved this little vegan restaurant – the amatriciana, lasagna, bread, and chocolate cakes were simply delicious, with every bite full of flavour. Everything is homemade, with a wide range of dishes that are both healthy and well-balanced. The atmosphere makes you feel instantly at ease, and the owners are wonderfully kind, taking the time to explain everything. A true gem where you leave happy and satisfied.
