To my great displeasure, the managers have retired: THE PLACE IS CLOSED!!!!😞 Good pizza, very digestible and does not make you thirsty. The style of the pizzas is 80s (I really like these flavors). When making pizzas is for passionate artisan pizza chefs!

What can I say if you want a Neapolitan pizza you absolutely have to switch to the gentians. Thanks pino for 40 years of excellent pizzas

Este es un restaurante de barrio en un centro comercial cerca de una carretera principal a Padua. El servicio fue maravilloso y el ambiente cálido y acogedor. La comida era muy buena - no elegante - un montón de pizza, pasta, pero no mucho más - aunque esto no es sorprendente para este tipo de restaurante.

Le Gentians are always a guarantee of quality and excellent service. I often go there to eat a good pizza and drink a good glass of beer. In summer there are also outdoor tables and good parking facilities

Nice place, shame that there is too much communication between the room and the kitchen so the smell of fried food pervades the whole place and the clothes, the writing "university of pizza" is displayed but what I ate didn't seem anything like that 'art', in fact the sausage was almost cooked and a little sour. 40 minutes of waiting to start seeing our dishes arrive with perhaps 4 tables in the room including ours, one of which was served before us despite having arrived after... Grilled squid dish sent back to the kitchen to finish cooking as the squid were still frozen inside... In short, perhaps it is time to reduce the choices on the menu and hire staff to improve service and cuisine because with this situation it is difficult to want to return.

La pizza è ottima, perfettamente digeribile. Per noi è la migliore pizza in città e non solo. Il locale non è niente di speciale e a volte si aspetta un po troppo, ma la qualità della pizza fa superare senza dubbio questi inconvenienti.
