It's a modest but well-kept place. Local food, delicious fried fish, cleaned of their innards and lightly fried. I could have eaten loads of them!!! Moderate prices. Worth a try!!! The restaurant is located next to the Po River, a must-see.

A pleasant discovery on the banks of the Po After visiting the Chignolo Po Castle, we stopped at this simple and pleasant restaurant overlooking the river. The atmosphere is familiar, without too many frills, but with a truly beautiful view. The owner was very kind and helpful. We had a mixed fried fish, a charcuterie board, and a mixed salad. Simple but delicious dishes that left us pleasantly satisfied. The view of the Po is enchanting, with a row of poplars that makes everything even more picturesque in spring (it looks like snow). Sometimes the simplest, most unpretentious places are the ones that surprise the most. A perfect place for those looking for a simple and relaxed lunch, away from the chaos and close to nature. I recommend it and will definitely be back!
