We had a mixed salad, pappardelle and tangerine ice cream. The portions were generous and the dishes very good. On the menu it is indicated that the bread and pasta are homemade: this is plausible for us.

I would like to call it "the place where they always say yes"! The gentleman who served us was endlessly kind. In addition to this, the foyer salad, the ravioli and also the fondue... with chocolate are delicious. One surprise after another!

The owner was very kind and welcomed us despite the late hour. The salad is delicious, the ravioli delicious and to conclude the chocolate and fruit fondue is exceptional. 🫶🏻

Abbiamo sempre mangiato molto bene! Menù molto vario e non banale, prezzi adeguati alla qualità e quantità dei piatti. Pane, pasta, dolci fatti in casa. Personale molto gentile e qualificato. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e sicuramente torneremo quando di passaggio a Saint Nicolas. Bravi! A presto

05/08/2024: A pleasant discovery near the San Vincent spa, a small tavern that serves excellent Aosta Valley dishes, the staff or owners are very nice and friendly, excellent value for money, recommended
19/07/2024: Fabietto de Lo Peyo is an institution in Saint-Vincent. He and his collaborators are helpful, cheerful, in short, it feels like being at home. Excellent selection of local products, good beers, pleasant house bitters... In one word: a must try!

23/07/2024: Pochi posti ma sempre esaurito. Consigliati i tagliolini al ragù di cinghiale. Locale intimo ed atmosfera familiare.
15/03/2024: Durante la vacanza ci torniamo sempre, ottima cucina anche per mia figlia celiaca, strova sempre ottime soluzioni senza glutine. Cucina tradizionale in un ambiente casalingo.
