Delicious food by weight and at very low prices + a very wide selection .. the only thing that bothered me a bit was the lack of a place to sit and eat .. despite everything I recommend it

The pizza is good, as is the food, but it's hard not to find quality in the area. Too bad for the cashier, maybe the owner. Someone should remind him that he's not sitting on the dome of St. Peter's. We're in Rome, the competition is getting worse.

Tiny cafeteria on the go. Food is ok, not super high quality but rome is not cheap nor tasty. If you are tourist, it might be great

I stopped by to get something to eat on my way to the Vatican Museum in the morning. It's a 2-minute walk from the museum. Pizza was 2 euros and drinks were 4 euros. It was a great value for money, I recommend it.

How beautiful is this place! Staff ready for a joke and very kind! Very clean and tidy place. What can I say about the food.... very good!!! Both sweet and savory excellent... the ricotta and sour cherry tart and the cannoli are the bomb!!!! Absolutely reasonable prices... If I were in Rome I would come every day guys!!! We will come back to visit you!

Great place for breakfast. Place near the Vatican, so I expected high prices, but here a nice surprise. Fresh pastries, "pizzeria" heated on request, good coffee.

Friendly personnel. Relatively limited choice on the menu (especially seafood). We've had Ravioli ricotta and porcini - fine, but not very innovative, and Sirloin stake with balsamic sauce and garnish. Very limited choice of sauces with the steak. The meat quality was just OK. Baked potato slices were too soft, greasy and not crispy at all. Vegetable garnish looked like rucola and spinach leaves. The overall taste was average, including the amuse bouche. On the positive side, the recommended wine by the glass was pretty good, and they did not include any coperto or servizio fee on the bill (but prices above average, bottle of tap water was €3). Hence 4 out of 5. But we would not return - not that appealing.

Buscando un lugar para cenar cerca del Vaticano, elegimos este restaurante. Estábamos sentados fuera debido al buen tiempo. La comida era marginal en el mejor de los casos. Sin embargo, las ensaladas eran amplias e insípidas, sin aderezo ni aceite de oliva. El pollo a la parrilla estaba bien, pero nada especial. Las albóndigas estaban bastante buenas, sin embargo frías en el medio. La carta de vinos es corta y limitada y tuvimos un Lambrusco que era sabroso. El servicio no era atento y un poco obsequioso, ya que estaba atendiendo a un grupo dentro del restaurante, y en su mayoría fuimos ignorados. No recomiendo este restaurante, incluso si está cerca del Vaticano y no volverá.

Casa Capone

21/06/2025: Last night I had the pleasure of dining at Casa Capone and I must say that the experience was excellent from every point of view. The place was packed but despite the crowding, the service was surprisingly efficient and impeccable. A special praise goes to Anna, a girl who was able to manage the room with extraordinary professionalism. Always smiling, attentive and fast, she was able to meet every need with elegance and confidence. It is rare to find someone so prepared in the restaurant industry, especially in such intense situations. In short, Casa Capone is not only good food and a beautiful atmosphere, but also a high level of service. I will definitely be back!
10/06/2025: Casa Capone has been a guarantee for years now, superlative staff, impeccable cleanliness and order and excellent food from appetizer to dessert. However, one evening for health reasons I ordered a focaccia with only zucchini, and the disappointment was great when they presented me with a really poor dish, on the focaccia so few zucchini that I put them all on one side and ate only two slices. The same problem happened to an acquaintance of mine with the pizza friarielli and sausage, the friarielli non-existent. Lately the pizza has really been too thin to the point that the toppings pierce the dough, you have to eat it with a fork because otherwise everything falls off! It doesn't stay up! I hope I was just unlucky more than once because in any case I think it's one of the best places I know.
