We absolutely loved everything here! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making you feel like you're dining with family: a wonderful and comforting experience. We don't eat meat, and in Umbria it's often difficult to find a restaurant that combines quality and creativity for those who follow a pescetarian and vegetarian diet. Here, however, we had a wonderful time.
The chef is simply extraordinary: every dish on the menu, some of which are (deservedly) award-winning, is meticulously crafted and prepared with great attention to both flavor and health. The combinations of ingredients and flavors were delicate and harmonious, a true delight for the taste buds. Every bite exuded passion and skill, and the result was truly memorable.
The staff is extremely friendly, personable, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. We also greatly appreciated the choice of music: that evening, listening to Pino Daniele while we dined made everything even more special, because he's an artist my partner and I deeply love.
In short, "Due Terre" is more than just a restaurant: it's a place where quality, flavor, and hospitality blend seamlessly. We can't wait to return!

I love this restaurant! The chef, besides being a very friendly person and always ready to welcome guests with a smile, concocts dishes that are explosions of flavor and creativity. The ingredients are always fresh, and she is skilled at preparing fish, a rare skill in Terni. The traditional Terni dishes also earn my praise, as the chef and her team prepare them with balance, without overdoing it with unnecessary sauces and gravies. Everything is expertly balanced, without excess. The ambiance is simple yet meticulously crafted, following the shabby chic style, and the ceiling is very beautiful, with its original exposed wooden beams. In my opinion, this restaurant offers excellent value. I highly recommend it to both those with more traditional tastes and those who want to be more daring, sampling the dishes created by the talented chef, all of which have won awards at chef competitions.

Excellent seafood scialatielli, as well as salmon, vodka, and pistachio gnocchi.
The spaghetti with clams was exceptional! We also had seafood and truffle bruschetta, everything was truly superb! Very carefully prepared dishes, beautifully presented, and exceptional flavors. The service was also excellent. Highly recommended! The main courses were excellent, too. We'll be back.

The restaurant offers a nice selection of seafood dishes as well as traditional ones. The truffle bruschetta, raw seafood, octopus Luciana-style, and panna cotta are all delicious. Fair prices for excellent quality.
