It was all delicious 😋🍕 and I hope to return soon to reconfirm the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update: I recently returned and I confirm the excellent quality and excellent preparation of the special pizzas, however we were a little disappointed by the "side dish". That is, the cost of a normal platter of appetizers and cold cuts for one person is around €15 and 4 slices of cooked ham are €6.50 for a 3-year-old child. A little disappointed with the "treatment". I'm sorry that friends remember this from that evening. 😕 ⭐⭐⭐ Answer to yours: unfortunately the boy who took the cutting board didn't ask for explanations while the child's mother pointed out to the girl at the cash register that the cooked ham had come a little expensive but it didn't change anything in the bill. Oh well, no big problem. Knowing that there is the possibility of reviewing makes everyone more attentive. In general we will ask for more explanations before going. However, there is nothing to say about the quality: everything was delicious!

Premetto che viaggio tanto e amo la pizza Napoletana come Sorbillo o da Michele. Carmelo Abbate è un vero top player della pizza napoletana. Non ho parole per la qualità dei prodotti e di come sono trattati come la maturazione e lievitazione. Si merita di farsi conoscere oltre la Sicilia.

Forse la pizza più buona della Sicilia, davvero eccezionale. Impasto leggero, ingredienti di qualità e sapori indescrivibili...siamo rimasti davvero sorpresi da questa esperienza! Peccato che il locale sia in una zona poco frequentata (noi siamo stati lì un mercoledì sera e non c'era quasi nessuno), e che dall'esterno possa apparire come la solita antica pizzeria di paese. Si merita assolutamente molto di più!

Pizza buonissima con ingredienti di qualità, molto simile a quella napoletana. Consiglio le pizze con bordo ripieno.Ci tornerò sicuramente!
