I went here with my family to taste some typical Emilian dishes. To start we had an appetizer with tigelle: good appetizer, right portions and hot, well-made tigelle!
First tortellino in parmesan cream: super good!
First gramigna: I honestly didn't like it!
First tortellini in broth: the tortellini were good but the broth tasted of nothing.
Finally they brought us the spreadable cream to enjoy together with the tigelle!
Good house wine
Very fair prices!

We were looking for an inn to eat traditional Bolognese dishes, without spending a fortune and the Le Donzelle inn lived up to our expectations. We ate well and a lot, spending the right amount.
Kind waiters and attentive to consumer needs.
We will definitely be back!.

The nicest environment is the underground room but when it is full of people it is also very noisy and it is difficult to talk to those next to you but the service is excellent and the guys are efficient and friendly

Found it almost by chance, while I was in Bologna with the theater company. It was a surprise!
Welcoming, kind staff who make you feel almost at home, good and plentiful food.
We had such a good time that we decided to go back the next day.
On the first evening we all took the Bolognese menu consisting of an appetizer with cheeses, cold cuts, rebellious and fried gnocco and a first course of our choice. The first superlative, good cold cuts.
On the second evening we allowed ourselves to try more appetizers and delicacies and the quality skyrocketed!
Nicknamed by us the inn of Bologna (we will definitely return as soon as we return to the city)

I came across it almost by chance on a Saturday for lunch and it was a very pleasant discovery!!!! We took the all you can eat formula of tigelle and cured meats: truly generous portions, despite two baskets of tigelle there was quite a bit of cured meat left over! Which we took home. Really convenient price: €18.50 plus €1.50 cover charge including water and half a liter of house wine. For being in the center of Bologna I would say excellent!!!!
A special mention for the excellent quality salami.
