THE PLACE TO CONNECT AND HAVE AN AMAZING APERITIVO!! First night, we arrived exhausted from 2h driven plus already 3 week traveling. We slept a bit. And without any expectations went to have some spritz. Over there we were able to recharge our social battery, our vital energy . We connect with AMAZING people. From 4 diff countries. Different ages. The staff is super kind. The spritz and aperitivo are well served and tasteful. The day after I even called to ask to connect with on the people we meet, and Donna Benedetta was super kind to call me back with the contact, she is the heart and soul of the place, and you can feel it by the flavour of the pastery. The coffe Is a bit overcooked, for my tast, of course. If you go to Collesano, this place is a MUST TO.
