07/01/2025: Located under the arcades of Piazza Castello, this historic venue offers around fifteen sandwiches with the most diverse fillings. The ones with mountain butter and anchovies or those with goat cheese, walnuts and truffle radicchio are excellent. The prices are obviously high but sitting down for a well-deserved rest after a visit to the city center eating an excellent sandwich is very pleasant

06/01/2025: The sandwich cabinet is as if it were saying "Open and take". And since Oscar Wilde stated that "The secret of happiness is giving in to temptation", I literally capitulated. The Piedmontese starter sandwich is a delicacy. The veal with tuna sauce chosen by my son was also excellent and after a week he is still licking his chops...
